“Roly Poly Kids processes at least 200 – 240 parent payments per week across 7 centre’s, therefore it is of critical importance to us to ensure that our childcare management software provider is also able to offer a solution that minimises the time required to transact payments as much as possible.


Through the use of QikPay (QK Technologies Electronic Payment Gateway) QikKids offers us a level of efficiency that we could not find when looking at other childcare software solutions.

 

Specifically, QikPay brings us efficiency as payments are automatically entered into our QikKids Software, it provides us with a means of security as we no longer have to keep cash on premises, and it also saves us time in that we no longer have to spend hours in finding and contacting parents with fees owing.

 

We particularly like how QikPay is linked via the parents’ statement. Other providers claim to have an Electronic Payment Gateway but when looking into their solutions further there is always some form of manual data entry required.

 

Roly Poly Kids also appreciates the overall level of professionalism that QikKids as a company provides to its customers.

The level of service received from the Support Team is fantastic, we usually get through to someone the first time, or when we are too busy to phone in we know that we can send an email and get a response quite promptly.
