CCMS Helpdesk Notice

Good Morning
In the lead up to the Christmas, New Year period, please be advised of the following changes to processing and payment arrangements and to CCMS Helpdesk operating hours during that period.
CCMS Helpdesk staff will not be available between 6pm and 8.30pm AEST on:
Friday, 19 December 2008
Wednesday, 24 December 2008
Wednesday, 31 December 2008
CCMS Helpdesk staff will not be available on the following Public Holidays:
Thursday, 25 December 2008
Friday, 26 December 2008
Thursday, 1 January 2009
Normal Helpdesk operating hours of 8am to 8.30pm AEST, Monday to Friday will apply at all other times.
Data submitted to CCMS will be processed throughout the Christmas, New Year period and the processing results available through your Software; however please the following changes in processing payments due to the relevant Public Holidays and the Department's Christmas close down period.
To ensure payments relating to all periods up to CCB week ending 21 December are received into your bank account before Christmas, data must be submitted for processing prior to 6pm AEST Sunday, 21 December 2008. Payments relating to that processing will be created on Monday, 22 December and should reach your bank account within 2 business days.
Payments relating to data submitted on Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23 December will continue to be created up to Wednesday, 24 December 2008, however it may take additional days for these payments to reach your bank account due to the Public Holidays.
Payments relating to all data submitted for processing after the processing cut off of 6pm AEST Tuesday, 23 December 2008 will be created on Monday, 5 January 2008 and should reach your bank account within 2 business days.
Please note the above changes to payment processing and operation to the Helpdesk between Christmas and New Year. Should you require any further clarification, please contact the CCMS Helpdesk on 1300 667276.

CCMS Notice from DEEWR

Dear Service Provider
I wish to advise that an unexpected interuption to transaction processing was encountered over the weekend of 6 & 7 December 2008 that unfortunately has caused delays to processing. All data submitted between Friday, 5 December and Monday, 8 December 2008 has now been processed, however payments resulting from that processing will not be generated until tomorrow, Wednesday, 10 December 2008.
DEEWR apologies for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

Please note that as per our April notification, the CCMS versions of QikKids are not compatible with SQL 2000. You must upgrade to SQL 2005 or SQL 2008.

Possible Gateway interruption

Please be aware that we are undertaking an upgrade of our gateway services today.
As such there is a possibility that there may be some small disruption to gateway services between 12 pm and 6pm (QLD Time) today.
